Overall this is correct....but as for me....I ain’t pinning my hopes on a state like Illinois......the races we need to win are a certain percentage of the Senate RINO races....we need a McConnell or a Graham win or something like that...along with another good year nationally in the House.
Illinois is, well, Illinois.
There is a lot of talk about the tea party leaving the GOP before they beat us. I don’t believe in running.
If the Tea Party cannot take control of it’s own party, it has no chance in hell taking the nation.
With that said, I do believe the tea party SHOULD organize and BEGIN it’s efforts to form a viable political party... but refrain from splitting the ticket in general elections until gains the strength to win them.
