This cannot be true. You don’t throw hundreds of millions into something you think will be easy and simple
They just didn’t give a rat’s rear end if it helped “the uninsured” that so desperately needed their intervention (oh, it’s all we’ve been berated about all these years - us evil, greedy conservatives). Obamacare is a blatant power grab and that’s all they could see and “care” about.
