I will say I've never seen him get mean or sarcastic, so I give him a break. I think he's just "low information". He's not necessarily a big Mengelecare supporter, per se, but he does believe the government's involvement in health care is a fait acompli, toothpaste out of the tube, and he wants the Republicans to come up with a better system to replace Mengelecare.
