Well, there you have it. It didn’t take long for Rubio to leave the Tea Party and join Team Washington.
He never was part of the real Tea Party. Rubio was a Mitch McConnell in Florida as Speaker of the House in that state.
I think the GOPe had to take out Charlie Crist as Senate candidate in 2010 because Crist had a secret life that would have been used against him in the general election.
