Of course. That was pretty much expected. One Rube endorses another.

He was already out after immigration, but I was willing to put him in a different category of RINO than McConnell and Corker, due to his positions on the shutdown. He has come back to the GOPe.

Agreed. The only reason to endorse McConnell in the primary is that Rubio is angling for a leadership position on a committee.

I predict that if Bevin gets the nomination, the GOP will bust a nut helping the Dems defeat him.

That does seem to be the pattern with ousted long-timers.

They are gracious with their "esteemed colleagues across the aisle," but absolutely disdainful of the newcomers in their own party.

did not Rand Paul endorse McConnell?

Some things one just has to do in realpolitik. See Rick Santorum and Arlen Specter, Sarah Palin and John McCain.

Hopefully, it's a once and done. Mark the debt paid.

I do!

Therapeutic.

Which, come to think of it, was the very valid point I made in the post.

It won’t happen again.
I have written some seriously derogative notes to my junior senator.

Rubio - the GOP-elite’s poster boy for amnesty, selected by the amnesty promoting media to give a “GOP” viewpoint on McConnel. Nothing strange about WHY he was on the boob tube, what he was asked, why he was asked it, or his answer; which collectively translates to another promotion of “Tea Party bad, GOP leaders good” (Obama’s line)

He has been infiltrated by Soros’ people. Look at his advisors.

AuntB tried to warn us all about Rubio/Conda/Soros...until she became exasperated and gave up trying to inform us :(

Didn't the GOP still help Murky in AK, even though Joe Miller got the Repub nomination in the primary? I can't remember the details, but seem to remember something about John Cornball coming to her rescue. May be wrong, so don't quote me ;)

You are saying that I do not represent the American voter?
Who the hell DO I represent then?

You think this a bubble? I say your are grossly mistaken. The people I come in contact with daily, have more in common with what is voiced here than what is screamed in the msm.

Not sure what your point is, maybe you can enlighten me as to what the American voter really thinks. Thanks

Paul endorsed McConnell before the shutdown debacle. The part McConnell played in the government re-opening deal may cause Paul to re-evaluate his endorsement. At least it should.

Marco Rubio is not a Conservative. And his support of McConnell means he actually supports ObamaCare. That support of Cruz on the filibuster was all BS

Cannot believe folks here on FR think Rubio is conservative. Get a clue.

Former NAACP head: Tea party ‘admittedly racist,’ ‘Taliban wing of American politics’ [VIDEO]

On Tuesday’s broadcast of Thomas Robert’s 11 a.m. MSNBC program, NAACP President Emeritus Julian Bond defended the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of tea party groups, which he described as “admittedly racist.”

If being a conservative makes me a ‘Taliban’ than I am a proud Tea Party Taliban member!
