That’s because liberals refuse to believe in the individual element of causation of problems. Problems for a particular individual are never caused by the individual...it’s always some outside negative (usually rich, greedy, white males) force that is causing the individual’s problems. It can never be the individuals own failings. That’s why we see the term “institutional racism” as the cause of the failings of many minorities. There are no laws discriminating against minorities today, in fact there are multitudes of laws discriminating for them. But if they don’t succeed and they fall on their face, it is never their fault.
Or so they've been taught by their propagandists. It's really just the same old political ploy of scapegoating as a means to power.
