>> Texas sucks. Its not only the place its the people and culture
Thanks so much for telling it like you see it!
PLEASE continue to spread this fiction among ALL of your like-minded whiny victimized-class liberal friends. We don’t want them coming here and screwing it up.
And have a nice day!
I’m a Texan too, but we should not describe the state as the “land of milk and honey.” Texas does have a few problems. It’s very hot in the summer. Much of the state is flat and tree-less. Go for a scenic drive and you’ll be seeing cows for miles and miles.
You will also run into many Texans who will sweet talk to your face and the moment you turn your back they pull out their long knives.
And yes, when you’re no longer welcomed, they start saying you don’t belong in Texas, you ain’t a Texan even you were born there and they’ll keep pestering you to leave.
We Texans must be more aware of our strengths and weknesses so that we know how to deal with non-Texans who actually want to live in the Lone Star state.
It’s been my experience that Texans are friendlier when they are outside of Texas. That’s because they become outsiders and learn to deal with it. I do admire our trait to boast. Nobody does it better than a Texan. and if somebody mocks us for it, we love to say, “it ain’t boasting if it’s true.”
