Well, whatever IT is, it is highly intelligent. I agree with a previous poster, you probably invaded its territory and got it pissed off. If I were that creature I probably would have done same. The fact that it only decked the cops instead of killing them indicates the creature may even have compassion.

I have known a few people who have claimed to have experienced similar creatures, and a few that have experienced ghosts. None of them were nutballs or prone to flights of fancy or BS.

The universe is a LOT more than we think it is, and even what we know is beyond belief.

When we were kids we used to take our horses out at night on trails and once we got a few miles from the barn, we'd hug tightly to their necks and let them gallop all the way back in the pitch black. Horses can see pretty well in the dark.

Now have you ever gone into deep woods at night with no moon and lose your flashlight or the batteries went dead? You will not and cannot go a few hundred feet in any one direction without being completely disoriented. It's better to hunker down and wait for sunrise.

Well whatever we were dealing with could run at full sprint thru deep dense woods. No trails. Just vines, saplings, trees, rock fomations, and debris covered forest floor. It took five minutes in the daytime to go a hundred yards. It took this thing/s 30 seconds in pitch black.

Once upon a time when I was younger my family had moved into a duplex, it was the first night and we all slept on the floor of the living room. My sister had a friend sleep over, so there were jokes and we were staying up late yakking.

Well, her friend started saying “ouch” a lot and said something scratched her. So we were all awake now and then we noticed, all of us, a white cat sitting at the edge of the hallway.

It just seemed to sit there, looking just like a cat. Of course there were no cats in the house so we all stared at it, whispering to each other.

After maybe a minute the thing turned and went down the hall and we all jumped up and turned all the lights on.

No cat. No window was open, there was no way a cat could have gotten in or out of there. My dad said it was probably a warning and he expected ‘news’ the next day.

Strange.

The next morning he learned that a sister (I think) had died late the night before.

We see our world via our brains.....many people, especially within particular environments, are prone to imaginations which for them seem quite real...and this can even be a “shared” experience though it’s not real, rather an imagination of their own brains making which they may or may not want to imagine.

Also comes into play is a persons ‘desire’ to or not “see something”....we can so program our minds to think we’re are seeing if we strongly desire to do so.

I’m aware of a fellow who took hundreds of photographs of what he thought were entities visiting him....of course these ended up not being as he “hoped” for by any means....rather a form of vapor when conditions are good for them.
