Your map indicates all blue states OR states with large black populations. If I were a CW2 conspiracy theorist, I would say these are the states (1) obama needs on his side, and (2) obama thinks he can control.

Georgia is neither. While he could own central Atlanta for a few days, it would self-destruct fast and the rednecks surrounding it would ensure rampaging hordes wouldn’t get far.
