Great news. I hope sanity prevails for a change.

It is all sideshow. This should have been dirt simple. Hawaiian privacy law restricts access to birth certificates
with an exception for legitimate purpose. All it should have taken is for one Secretary of State to file a formal request for a raised seal birth certificate with the appropriate Hawaiian authority with the express purpose of certifying qualifications for the Office of President before placing his name on the ballot. Then, when denied, file the appropriate challenges in Hawaiian court.
Alas, the time to do so is past as Øbama will not appear on another ballot.

Hope the brave judge has his life insurance up to date and a pre arranged funeral policy...
Obama would have no problem deep sixing him in a heartbeat....

Yeah. Yeah. We’ve heard it all before.
No matter how damning the evidence, this is going nowhere.

We shall see.
It certainly did seem that Judge Malihi in Georgia got a visit from somebody and he changed his tune.

You know why the admitted foreign born twice unconstitutionally elected Islamic communist Kenyan gets away with this? Because questioning his eligibility invokes two words.......

Has Larry Klayman ever won any significant case? He’s been fighting the good fight against government over-reach since the Clinton years, but I can’t recall any significant wins by him or his group.

I’m kind of a grump on this issue.
Where does the Constitution say that courts sit in judgment on the eligibility of the President. The electors vote. The Secretaries of State certify the state vote. This issue was raised by HRC’s minions before the election so the electors had a chance to consider it.
I think the issue is Constitutionally assigned to the electors, not the Courts. If you consider how the Court would frame an order in this case, it becomes even more apparent. “BHO is hereby enjoined from entering the White House or exercising executive powers?” And what happens when he just keeps on issuing executive orders? Are the federal marshals going to arrest him? Not a chance.
The second remedy would be, of course, impeachment.
Courts have appropriated far more power than assigned by the Constitution. This is a political issue not resolvable by Courts in any appropriate manner.

I hate to tell people but as long as one parent was a US citizen, he could have been born in Zimbabwe but he’s still considered a US citizen.
This is why Ted Cruz is eligible to be President as well.

Is there any truth to Obama having never signed up for the selective service when he turned 18? I think everyone has to do so don’t they?

I think its too late to go down that road. Barry is probably not eligible but nobody is going to remove him from office for it.

The Alabama Supreme Court may be the beginning of the end of Obamas house of cards No, it won't. Like the hundreds preceding it, it will get nowhere. You don't know how much it pains me to say that, but it's true.

I find the handling of these ‘0bama eligibility’ cases to be frightening. They have merit, then they seem to eerily evaporate into thin air. A judge will seem interested in following the law then a radical personality change will overcome him and POOF, away the case goes. This IS frightening.
