Since Obamacare was re-written by the SCOTUS, it is not the same law that Both Houses of Congress voted on.
Therefore, until the changes have acheived “The Advice and Consent of Congress,” the revised law is invalid, by standards set for in the US Constitution and the rules of both Houses of Congress.
In effect, Traitor John Roberts voided the same Law that he tried to save.
