You can’t out-speed or out-brake a sport bike, but you can surely cause them to stay away by intentionally weaving among them.

shouldnt the driver have kept the vehicle moving, even with flat tires and only 15 feet fore and aft, he would have been better to stay locked, keep jamming forward and back even if he started bouncing off cars and bikes, until the cops came. i cant see stopping the vehicle ever.

for that matter he should not have exited the highway, he could have easily driven to one of a couple toll bridges nearby and stopped in toll lane, cops are all over the bridges in NYC
