Why did this happen? Why did she drive all the way to D.C. to act up, if her head injury is the cause of her bizarre behavior? Is it the impasse over Obamacare and government operations? Or baby-daddy drama...?

The problem with this is there is nothing obvious to ban.
Head injuries can lead to seizure disorders from the brain damage.... and... the medications one has to take to prevent any seizures can make you wiggy as hell. All speculation.
Does not explain the trip from CT (car was plated in CT) to DC to the WH entry road/barriers. The footage shows her speeding off toward Capitol— she either is a hot foot driver in fear or she knew her way.
One thing not being spoken of— the threat of a car-bomb is quite real and difficult to defend against. The use of a car as a weapon brought her to the conflict level police justify their response. We don’t know if the car was wired up and she on a mission for... someone. Just weird.
If I were to make something up, I would say it’s one of Obama’s girlfriend and the child is his. She was mad because she hasn’t been paid her hush money because the Obama slush fund was uncovered and the IRS slush fund was tapped out.
Looks like the father is someone who works in the WhiteHouse, possibly a high ranking official. He must have stiffed her on the Child support

at the very beginning- the very beginning- it appears she is rammed by one of the cop cars that block her in.
I go with the terrified, confused woman explanation at this point.
You don’t try to run over a secret service guy and get away with it (evidently). Her sister says it couldn’t have been her because she was working, but now we find out she lost her job a year ago. What has she been doing in the mean time?
Maybe she just reacted to protect her child from what appeared to her to be an out of control police officer shouting and acting irrationally.
Standard police tactics of shouting demands and using explitives actually cause an escalation to any confrontation with citizens.
Theory: Like others, maybe Obama is the baby daddy. Wasn’t/isn’t Obama’s social security number issued in Conneticut? Hmmmm.....

Watch the video. LE had surrounded the vehicle looking in every window from close range. If the child was in a baby seat they surely would have seen it. Perhaps the child was hidden from view.
I think it is highly unlikely that a young black woman—from the Northeast at that!—would blame Obama for the shutdown, and the WH was her initial target.
I’d say mental illness, meds from her head injury, and/or baby/child support drama are all plausible factors.
Watched the video. Very leading statements. “Carey tried to ram the White House Barrier”..Well the video shows her car only parked next to the barrier. “She struck an officer with the car”.. Well she backed up to drive a way and struck a cruiser. “Gun shots were fired”....Well she didn’t have a gun so all shots came from law enforcement. Now we are told she fell and hit her head in the last 2 years.. Well there you go.. Good a reason to give as any..Let’s close this case ASAP..
How about this... She got lost in DC. The cops and drawn guns scared her or irritated her sense of pride that demands more respect due to one of her high income and superior minority status..The rest, as they say, is history.

My thoughts on this rather bizarre situation: 1. A run-up operation probing the security levels and response rates of first responders; or, 2. A revenge-minded Jerry Springer Show reject wanting what she’s owed - right now; or, 3. An extremely poorly handled response by LEOs. Inquiring minds want to know.....
