Why did this happen? Why did she drive all the way to D.C. to act up, if her head injury is the cause of her bizarre behavior? Is it the impasse over Obamacare and government operations? Or baby-daddy drama...?

IMHO this one is really bizarre. Quick question, where is the kids father? Who is the kids father?!!! She may had an affair with a high gov official and snapped from the break up??!!! You are right, nice car on a dental hygienists pay. Someone is funding her and her kid. Good gumshoe reporter should be pouncing on this story. If I go nuts in CT I would act in CT. Rarely someone would drive several states to act out.
In the article, I indicate the possibility of a secret service guy being speculated as such by others.
The problem with this is there is nothing obvious to ban.
Reports I’ve seen say she did own it, and that she was licensed as a dental hygienist in NY and CT making over $100k/yr.

Head injuries can lead to seizure disorders from the brain damage.... and... the medications one has to take to prevent any seizures can make you wiggy as hell. All speculation.
Does not explain the trip from CT (car was plated in CT) to DC to the WH entry road/barriers. The footage shows her speeding off toward Capitol— she either is a hot foot driver in fear or she knew her way.
One thing not being spoken of— the threat of a car-bomb is quite real and difficult to defend against. The use of a car as a weapon brought her to the conflict level police justify their response. We don’t know if the car was wired up and she on a mission for... someone. Just weird.

If I were to make something up, I would say it’s one of Obama’s girlfriend and the child is his. She was mad because she hasn’t been paid her hush money because the Obama slush fund was uncovered and the IRS slush fund was tapped out.
Looks like the father is someone who works in the WhiteHouse, possibly a high ranking official. He must have stiffed her on the Child support

But there are plenty of means to stop a car besides shooting the driver.
