Don't know but while some sources claimed it was a Lexus I saw a tweet that said a pic from Getty Images showed it was "an Infiniti with Connecticut plates"

There doesn’t seem to be any damage to the front of the black car. Maybe she didn’t even ram the gate and got turned around and then panicked after the police started chasing her.
