You’ve only got a small segment of upper-class whites and blacks in NE Jackson paying the majority of the taxes for the rest of Jackson (WHICH IS A WASTELAND).

Something tells me that they will be finally making that move to Ridgeland or Madison soon, and then NE Jackson will transform into Raymond Road.

The saving grace is that you’d have to be INSANE to want to be the mayor of Jackson, and the voters picked a mayor that is just that.

That's how it is around Detroit with some of the surrounding suburbs being very wealthy. Taxation, regulation, and Coleman Young's communist purge drove them across the city limits line.

My prediction is that he will pull a Detroit on Jackson long before he will revolutionize it. Payback time will be trumped by malfeasance and corruption. These voters will never catch on. They are suckers: victims of their racial animosity.

Self-determination for blacks? I’m 100% for that because that would mean they would provide their own capital and resources.

However, that is the furthest thing from the mind of Chokwe Lumumba and his supporters. They want MORE in the form of reparations for slavery. It’s hard to accumulate capital when the majority of your time is spent fighting, f(copulating) and fixing flat tires, so forget true self-determination.
