other thread, the actual letter from the school states that the reason for the suspension was because the kid was assaulting other kids at the bus stop with it, NOT because of simple possession.
The kid was an idiot and thug-in-training.

The kid was an idiot and thug-in-training. I agree that they were firing projectiles at kids off their property, so their defense in that regard doesn't hold up. But when did an airsoft gun become a firearm?
