From what I’ve heard about artesian wells you’ve got to be careful about what you put on them that regulates the flow or they can stop flowing.
A friend of mine had an artesian well on their property and they don’t know why the well stopped flowing for sure but it stopped right after they necked down the flow to make an outdoor shower for when swimmers got out of the lake.
To use gravity and an artisan well, a drop from the source of about six to eight feet over distance is useful, then the pump can gurgle happily along pumping back much higher using a reduced diameter piping. There are some nice vids on youtube of rife-ram pumps in action.
