It’s a hostage situation. The Kenya military could surly storm the place, but you’d have to pretty much write off the hostages. I doubt that Kenya has a force as well trained in counter-terrorism as what the Israelis have.
No one has counter-terrorism like Israel but if Kenya can’t handle this one their own, then they’ve already lost and the terrorists know it.
