The civil war happened first. The chemical weapons happened later, regardless of who actually used them.
Assad is guilty of at least acquiring chemical weapons, if not actually using them. Of course, the intended target of those weapons was always Israel. But sh¡t happens in war, and Syrian children died. Tragic, but far better than Israeli children! Maybe it was Assad who ordered it. Maybe it was rebels who had captured the weapons. WTF cares? Certainly not this taxpayer!!
