That’s the point. They are going to show up and they are going to drive around. Instead of taking two hours, they will take 13 hours to do it by not having special dispensation organize the move through the streets.

Apparently if they “show their papers” the Gestapo, eh D.C. Police, don’t have a problem.
Unfortunately, by seeking permission from the Gestapo, eh D.C. Police, it makes the Bikers look like they are “disobeying” the Law, which of course they aren’t.
Funny how I always thought I was living in a Free Country, silly me.

If I had the chance , I'd keep running in circles arround the block with straight pipes
wherever the march was concluding, or at the grandstand .
