I have one of these. They are certainly NOT quiet. In fact, they’re much louder than a CCI sub-sonic .22 short.
But, should an Air-Rifle be legally classified as a Firearm?

I think I was in New Jersey once. I was driving along some expressway. For miles and miles, there were these factories, some which billowed smoke, others which had puffs of orange flame coming out of stacks. I likened it to being in Hell.
Apparently, I was 100% correct.
