Obama and his pals want to depose Assad because since Egypt dumped Morsi and the brotherhood they need a new home. Homey Zero has decided that Syria should be that home.

According to Dear Leader, no reason, no objective at all.
I want to reassure our allies and the people of Syria that what we are about to undertake, if we undertake it at all, will have no purpose or goal,~Dear Leader, Sept 2013.

But even so-called “conservative” leaders fall into line with the “Assad must go” mantra. I think the Tea Party and other pro-America groups should speak up and tell them to support keeping Assad in power.

Because getting rid of Mubarak and Kadaffi worked so well.

Seriously, should conservatives even WANT to depose Bashar al-Assad? I don't know any who do. The ones I hear calling for him to be ousted aren't conservatives (Kristol comes to mind).

Because the Saudi’s want to build a natural gas pipeline to Europe through Syria and Assad is blocking the path.

GOP leaders in Congress have called for it. Heck, even some of those who don’t want to bomb Syria give lip service to the “Assad must go” idea.

The bigger question is...
why has Obama orchestrated the overthrow of Arab governments for the Muslim Brotherhood (aka “Arab Spring”)?

It is like a bunch of city kids standing around stirring an ant hill with a stick. But they don’t know that after you get it stirred up you are supposed to douse it with gas and light it up.
