You may wish to check with your County Health Dept. Some Counties filed for, and received grant $$ to provide Shingles Vaccinations to residents over 60. Free of charge. No income statements,etc. necessary. Just age 60.
Otherwise, it’s $225-$300 around here at Walgreens/CVS. Not cheap. Some insurance companies will cover it.

195 in Rhode Island without insurance. With insurance... $) if you get it a the clinics run by Blue Cross.

No side affects for me and I have an auto-immune disease called Polymyalgia Rhuematica. I was afraid I might have a bad reaction from the vaccine, but thank God I was OK.

I’m 47. It’s not cheap, but I’ll pay as opposed to taking the chance of catching it before I turn 60. I don’t have time for shingles, or any other dmn thing that doesn’t kill me quick.
