He’s with the best in Houston, no doubt. He’s in the Cooley medical group. If we’d only known 18m ago to look for someone else. His original cardiologist didn’t seem at all concerned by his aortic stenosis. ‘We’ll just watch and wait’...
Augh.
My dad really liked Dr. Fish though. And once he found out daddy’d never smoked he changed the medical records right then.

You have the right to review your own medical records. It will likely cost to have copies made, but it makes no sense that you couldn't get them. Prayers for your father.
