On Thursday El Rushbo dedicated well over an hour to the McDonald's minimum wage strikes going on nationwide. During this he takes a call from a man who believes the protesters deserve their demanded 100%(!) wage increase. Putting on his professor's hat, Rush then delivers an Econ 101 lecture that everyone needs to learn (or relearn).
The entire discussion is couched within the Democrat left's and particularly Obama's ignorant view of economics and how their destructive (not to mention oppressive and authoritarian) policies are hurting the county, including the very McDonalds workers -- no doubt mostly Obama voters themselves -- who are protesting.
I think you will enjoy the next 37 minutes. Listen and learn!
Then do something about it! Share, inform, engage, vote, whatever it takes.

Encourage the minimum-wage sectors to accept payments in excess of the price for the services/goods.
The excess would go to the workers at that particular franchise/local business.
The loving, caring liberals would just love the opportunity to pay whatever it takes to get economic justice for the workers and the rest of us would continue to pay the evil, hateful, oppressive market prices. I'm for it.
I listened to Rush and he missed the real point (IMO) of the “strikes”. This is about unionizing ALL workers regardless of job.
These useful idiots have been played on the premise they have a right to a living wage.
Yes this whole deal is underpinned by SEIU.
The Unions were shocked to find out that Obamacare directly affects the 40 hour work week. Very obvious to most of us that this would happen.
The Unions will be equally shocked when all of their “new members” are laid off when fast food restaurants go out of business.
i appreciate the dl mp3’s, dude. For those who want to forward to the ‘education with Shaun’ who thinks the workers should be paid $15, skip to 10 minute mark..
I couldn’t help but notice that these minimum-wage workers had very professional-looking signage with them. Far too coordinated for just some low-wage, low-skill workers. Just out of curiosity, who backed this stunt financially?
