I think the application of the Wilde chamber should be just about universal to ALL the rifles (and pistols) that are capable of chambering either round. It is probably not done because the quality of today’s guns has so far prevented the kinds of accidents that are bound to eventually happen. When I shop for a barrel in each build, I see only stainless barrels with 1:8” twist rifling and never in a lightweight contour. I would be happy to find a 1:9” lightweight 16 incher for my next build.(wanna do the carbon fiber and or composite super lightweight carbine for handiness for Mrs. BCC) Got to have the safety of the Wilde chamber, especially for the possibility of anarchy imposed unreliable ammunition supplies being all that might be available.
That sounds like a very handy rifle - Good choice !
You might want to spell the name ‘Wylde’ correctly for starters. (Us old/ancients who have been working with this entire thing for a bit would think good of you). Well, maybe not....kids today do not give a rip!!!
You’re right, I’m tyred.
