The lady is working. That is a good thing.

She also is getting public assistance.

She is also living with her unemployed boyfriend. Say what???

If he sees the situation and doesn’t make a move to contribute financially, she needs to tell him to move on. All he is doing is taking up space and eating groceries.

As the OP says...this ain’t Mickey Ds fault.

If he’s unemployed, either make him get a job or move back home with a relative. Her financial strain is probably due to supporting him, instead of the other way around.

Back in the 90s there was a song played on AFN - “Don’t want no ‘Scrub’, Scrub is a guy who gets no love from me, hanging out the passengers side of his best friends ride trying to holla at me.”

She also comments about “Scrub” being a “grown man” living with his mother.

It seems these days the “Scrubs” of the world are getting love.
