The promotion of these attacks and the rapidly escalating use of SWAT raids on nonthreatening random subjects is how The Terror is coming to Communist America. The Terror has been an inevitable component of totalitarian Utopia since the French Revolution and is a facet of ALL totalitarian regimes- RSFSR, China, Eastern Europe, Cambodia, Cuba, Vietnam- every one of them.
