Coughlin has identified the Muslim Brotherhood as the driving force behind Islamic Jihad. They practice "Civilization Jihad or stealth Jihad" as opposed to the violent jihad of al Qaeda. In Coughlin's opinion, the stealth version of Jihad is far and away the more dangerous of the two types of Jihad.
