The eligible entity receiving the grant for performing the home visits is to identify the individuals to be visited and intervene so as to meet the improvement benchmarks.

Part of the program will require massive data collecting of private information including all sources of income and the amount gathered from each source.

Ok, so these "visits" are going to be conducted by contractors/private organizations financed by government grant.

Additionally, the contractor/private orgs are tasked with "identifying" households to be targeted. The question is, where are they going to get the information (mentioned above) to do this?

I'm assuming that it'll be from ... the government. Meaning that not only will the government be collecting data on things like tobacco usage and firearms ownership but also GIVING it to contractors/private orgs for their use.

Government "investigators" trying to justify their own existence by drumming up work for themselves is bad enough. Now we're going to have contractors/private orgs doing it as well ... and they'll have even MORE incentive to do so.

The White House, and majorities in the House and Senate large enough to override vetoes by Dem Presidents, are gone for Conservatives/Republicans. G-O-N-E. After reading, re-reading then performing additional analysis, it appears there are many ways for families to be “Eligible” to be targeted by these home visits.

Strange wording “Eligible”, what do they take pictures of your children to see if those are the type wanted by the child sex slave traders? Then they coordinate with county/state agencies to remove the children from the home?

By reading the “Eligibility” factors... a visit is imminent.

They will be surprised when they show up at door and get no answer, or the neighbors arrive carrying those mean, evil looking guns. Oh, vehicles are no issue.. When they try to use their cell phone.. the joke is on them..ha ha ha... they 911 button doesn’t work here..
