The information on the COLB is not validated due to Alvin Onaka not verifying the information on the long form is ‘a True And Accurate Representation Of The Original Record’. If the information on the confirmed forged document matches the information in the Hawaii Dept. Of Health files as Obaka indirectly suggested which made the confirmation legally invalid, then that information on the 2007 COLB can’t be considered legitimate either. That also means the birth index file is not to be considered accurate. The 52 year old alleged birth record and microfilm needs to be examined.

LOL, back on that silly old hobby-horse? It’s been explained to you repeatedly.
It’s not even remotely Onaka’s job when issuing a Letter of Verification to verify that any record is a true and accurate representation of anything else.
I’ve quoted the law to you before, and I’ll be happy to do it again (HRS §338-14.3, excerpt):
“...the department of health, upon request, shall furnish to any applicant, in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.”
Got that? It’s about verifying the *information* in a document. That’s what the law authorizes, and that’s what Onaka has done.
That means that if I scribble on a piece of paper, “Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu,” it can accurately be said that that information matches what’s in Hawaii’s official records, because the DoH has said so. They haven’t said anything about whether the piece of paper is a birth certificate. But they have said that the information, that Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, is correct according to their official records.
As long as you continue to pretend that verifying the information in a document is indistinguishable from verifying the document, you will continue to make no sense.
Now, if you want to prove that the official DoH records are false, or that the DoH officials are lying, knock yourself out. I’d be interested in seeing that myself.
But my original point stands. The DoH has confirmed that the information in the COLB matches their official records. And they have done it by means of what is without question a self-authenticating document under FRE 902.
