Zullo has repeatedly stated that if any person comes forward to demonstrate that the WH pdf can be replicated without forgery, he will withdraw his charge of criminal forgery based on his claim of inability by his experts to replicate the WH NBC.

As a retired CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) I have been trained to look at the facts wherever they come from and wherever they lead.
FogBlower, NBC, has come forward with a pdf that responds directly to Mike Zullo’s challenge. She has claimed she has replicated the WH pdf (with the exception of halos that she says she is still working on). Some FReepers may chose to ignore this challenge, but I chose not to.
I do not endorse the claims made by NBC. I do not have the Xerox compression or digital image experience to evaluate these claims personally but I feel it is important to facilitate awareness that this challenge to Mike Zullo has been made. I believe that FReepers and others with Xerox compression and pdf expertise will be able to open the pdf files that NBC has provided and post their own assessments yea or nay regarding her claims. Several FReepers have already weighed in.
The great joy over in FogBlowerland over NBC’s work betrays the previous inadequacy of their prior claims to have debunked Mike Zullo’s claims by mere hand-waiving.
Lack of transparency by Barry and his team has been the huge problem here and I believe that transparency on FR regarding NBC’s claims is totally appropriate unless JR says otherwise. Your mileage may vary.
Zullo needs all the help he can get and preventing him from undermining his credibility and the credibility of GOP lawmakers by persisting in declaring PROOF of pdf forgery when the proof MAY have been refuted will help preserve the credibility of other claims Zullo has made which are very much still in play, IMO. Zullo has invited correction if he has made claims in error!

From what I see, NBC has provided the explicit equipment and steps she used to “replicate” the WH pdf (with the exception of the halos) along with posting the resulting “replicated” pdf. I’m not sure how much more “ability to check” her work she could possibly provide to Mike Zullo’s team and other interested investigators.
