Um...that would be POTUS Barry who has refused to sign a legal release for Onaka to legally release a certified hard copy and produce that certified copy into ANY court proceeding despite over 100 opportunities to do so!
Since June of 2012 Judge Henry T. Wingate of the U.S, District Court in Jackson, Mississippi has had a certified copy of the Obama long form birth certificate and a Letter of Verification from Dr. Onaka provided by Obama’s attorneys in Taitz, et. al. v. Mississippi Democratic Party Executive Commitee, Obama, Pelosi, et. al.

Also the Alabama Supreme Court has a certified copy of the long form and a copy of the Letter of Verification that was submitted by the Alabama Democratic Party in an amicus brief in McInnish v. Chapman. Mike Zullo also submitted an affidavit in that appeal.
