IMO, Zullo is stipulating that many, but not all, of the pdf anomalies can be replicated by Xerox machines at the same time he is still asserting that other as-yet undisclosed anomalies and a great deal of evidence beyond the pdf conclusively prove a forgery conspiracy.
Zullo seems to make a big point of additional undisclosed experts and evidence that the Obots don’t know about and can’t attack, as they have attacked all previous experts and evidence associated with Zullo’s investigation.
IMO, at this point the CCP investigation will fail to move public opinion in support of a congressional investigation unless additional claimed evidence is revealed by Zullo and that new evidence and the experts vetting it credibly survives all Obot attacks and non-partisan analysis.

This is one of the problems - the CCP experts have claimed that the anomalies on the PDF could only be caused by forgery. NBC’s work showed that for a number of the anomalies, this was not true. That creates a question of credibility. How can we know that the other findings by the expert’s cannot be explained?

Missing from the list of “graphic artists, people in business positions and attorneys” is experts in Mixed Raster Content or PDF coding. Has he contacted Dr. de Queiroz?

Just before he made that statement, he said if you want to get to the truth, it starts with the PDF. He now seems to be saying it is not so much the PDF as other undisclosed info.
