Not once have I seen a FReeper even suggest this straw man possibility or claim to believe it!
Barry is behaving and spending huge legal fees to prevent production of a LFBC in any state or federal court. What makes sense is that there is something on the LFBC that threatens his eligibility. IMO, the most obvious thing to hide would be a non-US birth location.
Of course Stanley Ann couldn’t get herself to Kenya, several other parties were heavily invested in BHO Sr.’s status as a student and these parties all had the means, motive and opportunity to fly Stanley Ann to Kenya and generally keep her out of the way by dispatching her to Seattle, for example, after the birth and keeping her there until lothario Sr. was safely out of Hawaii and on to the next academic leg of his grooming as a major player in soon-to-be liberated Kenya.
Among those who may have funded a Stanley Ann trip to Kenya:
1. Sr.’s missionary backers back in Kenya who were funding his education and may have wanted to protect their investment.
2. KGB operative Frank Marshall Davis, who may have been under instructions to protect this future African KGB asset. BHO Sr. was an ardent Marxist and spoke at a KGB front HI union protest against US involvement in Vietnam while in HI. FMD was a long-time associate of Barry’s granddad who, himself has a huge, protectively redacted FBI file.
3. KGB operative FMD has been suggested as a possible alternate sperm donor for Barry and might have recruited BHO Sr. as a cover black father for Stanley Ann’s baby. Already under congressional investigation for being a communist party member, FMD might have had an incentive to hide an indiscretion that would interfere with his KGB activities in HI (he boasted of pedophile activities in a book).

Zullo told the court had had a 40 page forensic report from Reed Hayes but did not reveal the details, only Hayes’s opinion, which is not in itself proof, but only a professional opinion. It is not at all clear whether the Hayes report addresses pdf anomalies and/or typewriter and signature anomalies or something else.
Please re-read points 21-28 in Zullo’s affidavit. He says the findings of his digital document experts, including Zebest concluding that the pdf could not have as a source a physical hard copy and therefore was forged...IS “PRELIMINARY” and the investigation is “OPEN and ONGOING.” Zullo does NOT claim his team’s pdf findings specifically are proof of forgery.
IMO, the new claims by blogger “NBC” constitute a seemingly credible challenge to the preliminary conclusions Zullo put in the Alabama affidavit and NBC’s claims are based on the scientific experimental method which can be falsified, unlike the John Woodman claims pointing to MRC compression algorithms that Zullo’s team rejected as only being speculative.

If the purpose of Stanley Ann’s travel to Kenya after the Feb 1961 marriage was to hide her pregnancy to prevent public or official blowback against BHO Sr.’s precious future as an African leader (likely under the influence of the KGB) then OF COURSE, Stanley Ann would have travelled to Kenya alone...and then been hidden away in Seattle after the birth...which she was.
Did he Xerox machine recognize the “20” before the “08” as not being necessary on the SS form so it left it out of the scan? < /sarc >

maybe she didn’t strike through “colored”, and only initialed what she did correct personally.
Often people put a mark through the down-stroke of a number seven if it seems as though it might be able to be mistaken for a different number. Some people I know always do that to every 7 they write.
The cross in a seven is very common and goes way back. It is especially common among CPA’s, bankers, and others where a mistaken number could have major consequences It is to distinguish it from a 2.
So your theory is that Obama’s own literary agent just made the Kenyan claim up out of thin air? & never revealed to Obama what was in his own autobiographical blurb [which authors traditionally write themselves]?

Just for the record, here’s what she’s said about it:
“This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me — an agency assistant at the time. There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii.”

I haven’t the slightest idea. I’ve got no inside information.
But if you’re serious about wanting to get to the bottom of this rather than just tossing smears, it’s only rational to want have her statement in front of us even though it leaves many questions unanswered.
Her statement is nonsense. Only an Obamaphile wd clutter up the site w it.
About the only useful thing we can derive from her statement is that the agency had on hand the “fact” that Obama was born in Kenya. & the assistant claims she neglected to ‘check’ this “fact”.
Race codes for reporting the mother’s and father’s race on the standard Certificate of Live Birth in 1961 were the same codes and were as follows:

If the record they have, with information that matches the White House image, is a fabricated BC which was lodged with the local registrar on the same day, the eighth of August, that the death notice for Virginia appeared...
Then it's possible what you are looking at is a deception which took place on August 8, 1961.
That chart is not from 1961. I believe it is from 1968. Those were the codes in the FEDERAL manual, not the local manual. The penciled codes were placed on the BCs before they were microfilmed and sent to the feds. The feds then looked at specific info, and used their own codes for stats.

Some think the fact that this particular manual was a revised version makes it void for this discussion.
The Daily Pen NEVER provided any “proof” that the local level codes used were the same as the federal codes, in fact, they put this chart out and implied that it was the one in use in 1961 - never provided any proof of that either. Trust me, I tried to get info out of them about the chart.
I agree with both of you that sometimes people put a cross through the down stroke on a seven.
But there is another penciled “7” in box 12a “Usual Occupation”, and it does not have a cross through the down stroke. So either someone else wrote that seven or the person doesn’t consistently cross their sevens or box 9 is a “9”.
Whatever it is, it is another example that Hawaii did not use Federal Codes for race of father entries.
Why not just go to Seattle where she had friends? Frankly, I would believe the ‘she went to Canada by herself to have the baby’ before I would the ‘she went to Kenya by herself to have the baby’.

For the time period only 1 person came from Kenya to the US by air and that person was not a US Citizen.
Here is the broader situation.
The narrative offered in 2008 is now utterly and completely destroyed. Not questioned, not in doubt the Dreams narrative is now in ruins. It was a lie. A complete lie.
The problem is that focus on the BC itself replaces the fact that the original narrative was a lie. And nothing has replaced the lie. Nothing.
There was no happy family in Hawaii. Obama Sr. never ‘left’ the family. The ‘family’ was never in Hawaii. So the main question - why the lies? Nobody knew so Obama and Ayers just made it up? Hardly, they knew what they were writing was lies. But for what purpose these lies. Just to make it sound like a global version of Ozzie and Harriet to get elected someday? Or is more insidious? Is the lie deeper and more sinister?
And that is now the problem. We now know, and have known, that what was offered up for prime time dinning in 2008 was rotted garbage. But with help of the press it was swallowed by the electorate pigs as if it were gourmet fair. But it was really garbage. For what reason was this feed out?
That is the real issue - the lie has never been replaced with the truth or even another lie. It is pure bunker mentality with a dash of pitiful Alinsky tactics.
If we know that the overall story is a lie - why believe anything about this one data point. Does it even matter if the rest of the story is allowed to remain unchallenged.
