Nice graphic, but one correction:

Nixon tried to get the IRS to target his political enemies. The leadership of the IRS at the time refused to do so.

40 years later, the IRS is apparently willing to do so, at least when it benefits Democrats. That's why government employee unions should be banned from political advocacy.
