Obama illegally changes Obamacare to benefit members of Congress and their staff
In 2010, Obamacare was passed by the House and Senate, and signed by President Obama.
Three years later, members of Congress and their staff complained that Obamacare was going to cost them a lot of money, and said that this would likely cause a brain drain among their staff. In response to this, Obama made changes to Obamacare so that these things would not happen.
Obama’s actions here are illegal, because he made these changes without Congress voting on them first.
In addition, it shows that the members of Congress are hypocrites. Three years ago, they were all gung ho about passing Obamacare. But now that its negative effects on them are about to come into play, they all of a sudden decide that they don’t like it, and want it changed.
Furthermore, it shows that they did not actually read Obamacare before they voted on it.
For more examples of Obamacare absurdity, please see Obamacare is based on lies, hypocrisy, and illegal activities. Here are 35 examples.

Is this something that some entity can sue the government for? Or will they get some federal judge stating that they have no standing?
Because, it’d be great to have the deep pockets, litigation experience and knowledge to take these clowns to school on this and watch them all squirm.

Congress needs to haul his skinny butt in front of the Supreme Court. We do not need a dictator to rule this country.

The best indicator of a PHONY ADMINISTRATION is the number of its REAL SCANDALS.
Commie Obamas talking points are thus smokescreen distractions for the products of Obamas first 4 years in office:
* Refusal to close US Southern Border to Mexican illegal alien invaders
* No known un-forged records of Place of Birth
* No known un-forged records of University grades
* Benghazi Massacre
* Dereliction of Duty as CIC during Benghazi Massacre
* Cover up of Benghazi Massacre
* Destruction of Seal Team Six
* Cover up of Fast and Furious murder of US Border Agent by Exec. Order
* IRS-Obamacare Commune Death Grip on Wealth and Health
* NSA-Gestapo Death Grip on all citizens communications
* Use Courts against News Media
* Use of Supreme Court to install Un-Constitutional Obamacare Tax
* Destruction of the US Coal Industry
* Refusal to permit XL Pipeline construction
* Trillion Dollar a year Federal Overspending
* Monthly violations of the US Constitution by Obama
* Use of Exec. Orders to bypass Congress

Receiving 75% of their health insurance bill might be considered income. It sure would be for a private citizen.

Is anyone keeping a running list of all the laws and Constitutional provisions this assh$%t has broken, ignored, or twisted in his own mind? Someday there has to be an IMPEACHMENT - this clown is not going to voluntarily leave the White Hut on Jan 21, 2017.

I’m pretty sure that the Federal Courts would simply say that plaintiff doesn’t have standing to sue because he wasn’t directly hurt by the ruling...

The plaintiff, being me and everyone else, is hurt when they’re taking my money to pay for all those ridiculous staffers and ass-kisser’s that run around DC holding doors and fetching coffee.

What is legality to one who is accountable for nothing and answerable to no one?

Unfortunately, the courts won’t see it that way. It is getting harder to sue the government for malfeasance.

What I think will be interesting if all the staffers leave is how little they’ll be missed. Its seems to me like its all just one big scheme of cronyism/nepotism.
Kind of like the sequester, has anyone noticed anything different, other than our deficit not going up as much? If 80% of them left, there’d be no change whatsoever in how that place runs. In fact, it may even slow those idiots down and prevent them from doing as much harm as they can.

Dunno. If the staffers leave who will cater to Queen Sheila’s whims?
Who will read the bills for Congresscritters (it isn’t like they read the bills themselves, or write them for that matter)?
I guess lobbyists will have take over Congressional staffwork...
