Not all of us are living the life of profligacy enshrined by Weiner, Obama, Clinton and so many more of our great leaders. But all of us are affected by their celebration of immorality. Greenfield comments:

LIV’s (low intelligence voters) will vote for Dems no matter what and sleazeball pols know it. There’s enough ‘information’ out there on Weiner, Spitzer and such so voters who keep returning to the immoral Dems are just plain stupid. Substitute ‘immoral’ and that works too for HIV’s-— highly immoral voters. Can’t argue with that these days.

I would say that liberals have the morals of barnyard animals, but barnyard animals know the difference between male and female.

Barring some sort of (miraculous) coalescing catastrophe, I believe the collective 'we' may be past the point of societal recovery.

Is the New York Times really any less serially evasive than Weiner? And for that matter, the Gray Lady's David Carr makes Weiner look like a saint. At least Weiner probably didn't get around to domestic abuse, crack or baby stealing.
