I have to say at first blush with all I saw and heard, not sure she needed to go this far. But, it’s 50/50 at this point. Worst would probably be manslaughter in my eyes.
Guess I was right the dude was “older”. 58 is reasonably so. I was expecting at most a 40yo punk.
As far as “his friends” - I heard eyewitnesses corroborated much of her story. Not sure she’d have to worry much about friends around. I’d’ve tried to go back in to call 911.
Even the son, in the video, while he was defending his father, was saying that the woman just didn’t understand that he was really just a harmless old guy and implied thereby that the lady’s judgment was justified.
