Here’s an idea, why don’t the police disarm the Gangster Disciples and the Vice Lords instead of law-abiding people? That might actually reduce crime. No. That makes too much sense might be too dangerous.

Well, the police should do some something other than give people speeding tickets, eat doughnuts, and respond just in time to draw little chalk outlines around the bodies they find.
