The re-telling of Trayvon’s ordeal and Zimmerman’s trial is all dishonest. Not merely mendacious, but truly and intentionally dishonest by cherry picking this and that. The Dreyfus quote above is only a mild example.

And not widely asked, but how long would Zimmerman have lasted if he had not defended himself? How many more head-smashed would it have taken to put out his lights?

It's impossible to unravel the web of lies and misdirection because you have lies built on wrong premises supported by fallacies.
One instance is the racial component of this event. I saw Zimmerman's mother on TV and noted she's even darker than me (well, in my "Winter coat", anyway). In what universe would George be considered "white" anything?

The anti-gun left is trying to say that NONE of us have the right to walk around our own neighborhoods, whether armed or not armed. If we see someone suspicious, we're expected to run and cower like they would do. They are merely trying to make things easier on their career-criminal and gangsta buds and bros by either disarming law-abiding citizens, or by making us too "afraid" to do anything to try to curb the crime problems in our own area.

The anti-gun left in America can go straight to Hell.
