How do you think she would vote if she were on the jury?

Whether it’s intentional or not by giving the prosecution everything they want she has made sure they don’t have any grounds to move for a mistrial.

She would vote Guilty of course..I was surprised to learn she is a Jeb Bush appointee..guess I shouldnt be shocked at that..Florida is full of RINOS..she makes Judge Ito seem competent..or that judge who ruled in the Anna Nicole Smith case, the crying judge

“Has the Zimmerman trial judge felt the pressure from her community, her state, as well as the United States government, including Eric Holder?”

She’d better not have any dirty laundry, because we KNOW that many of the alphabet Fed agencies have been rooting through her hamper!

Should Zimm be convicted an appellant division would be hard pressed to say that the judge did not commit reversible errors.

This is a very accurate description of how these defense attorneys have been homered day in and day out in this sham of a trial, conducted by a lightweight legally challenged judge. Every time I hear her rush this trial, interrupting the defense with the “ I have a jury back there waiting” comment, I about pass out. Does she have any idea what that sounds like to a man who is fighting for his freedom and may face thirty years in prison? SHE has a jury waiting? Send them to the freaking pool for the afternoon and take care if business. If the jury is pressing, do your job Deb, publicly admonish them, remind them of their oath and if they have a problem, send them home.

I have noticed in this trial that Judge Nelson has shown an obvious animosity toward George Zimmerman’s defense lawyers. Her excuse, mostly, for her quick temper, is that she does not want to inconvenience jurors. “Hey lady,” Jerry Lewis would say, there is a MAN ON TRIAL for something that may put him behind bars for a very long time, and he should not even be on trial according to Florida’s own “Stand Your Ground” laws.

Fail. This is not a SYG case. It is not even in the jury instructions (they went through those today). It is a pure self-defense case.

Having sat on more than one jury trial and familiar with a variety of judges, this woman is a mean and nasty bitch compared to all the others I have encountered. some were certainly strict but at least fair to BOTH sides as the defendent is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, not the other way around. My guess is this judge got a call from higher ups advising what is good for her and she better follow through and she is doing her damndest to obey. Her future is also at stake.

Should Zimmerman’s side loose this case, an immediate appeal shouldbe filed.

I have no legal training at all but I have watched all the Perry Mason shows several times.

Actually I am not kidding. You can learn a lot from those TV shows. One thing which stands out is more than once Perry has told the judge that his client is on trial for murder and he should be allowed a lot of leeway. The judge always agrees.

The judge in the Zimmerman trial seems to think that he is guilty until proven innocent and it is her job to make sure the trial is unfair.

This judge is dirty! Yeah I said it. If Holder et al stirred up protests to fire the Chief of Police and demote the Lead Detective in the case you can damned sure bet a message was presented in one way or another she needed to try to throw the case in favor of the persecutors. Corey is dispicable!

Marsupial Magistrate Nelson is a case in point for the reason the Founders did not give women the right to vote.

Somehow, hundreds of years before the event, they knew female judges like Nelson were whelped, it was known such were judges posed an avoidable risk to the Republic.

How do you think she would vote if she were on the jury?

The Judge would be the hold out. She could not make the decision. She has given both sides different positive rulings so I think she is undecided on which side to vote on.

I don’t know whose life is more in danger George Zimmerman’s or Edward Snowden’s. Both are on the 0 hit list. Cannot believe we have come to this.

I’d like to see the NSAs dossier on her since she got the call to preside over this case!

I’d wager a large sum that there has been communication between her, Angela Corey
And the Holders crew.
