I'm with you. But most phone calls to Congress fall on deaf ears. I'm thinking lawsuit time.

Do you have a good phone narrative to sell to our Congressman? I'm stuck between expressed outrage and reasoned explanation and a polite request. The first is off-putting if they are not sympathetic, the second is easily brushed aside.
