Wrong. He said the he “change his opinion. It my opinion. Can change ev’ry day.” Now he says it could have “no effect to some effect” on TM’s behavior that day.

Judge John Goodman-in-drag still refused to allow any questions about the pot use before the jury.

Now, this goes to what Zimmerman said he observed about the strange way TM was walking “He looks like he was on drugs or something” and TM’s decision making that night.

How is that extremely relevant and important for the jury to hear?

an effect could be reasonable doubt. Pot causes eratic behavior and should come into evidence.

I agree with you. I can’t figure out why the marij. use is not allowed. What if there was PCP in his system. The Judge can’t keep out the Tox Report. something has been wrong from the start and the Prosecution is getting desparate.
