The idea of switching from coal to solar is something sane people wouldn’t consider. I expect to see coal replaced by natural gas at some point, without draconian laws dictated to us by the imbecile in the White House.

Let's face it, the energy density of solar and wind power is too low to be economically feasible.
You need huge farms to capture the energy and they do NOT work 24/7.
We do not have any really good way of storing energy to make up for the intermittent supply.
Are there ANY wind or solar farms in the US today that make money?

Please ignore the line (about three times the size of Delaware), which somehow escaped editing. That came from the original article and based on having to build over 10,000 380-acre facilities the size of Copper Mountain.
