I do flour, egg, flour -

I ad some baking powder plus some milk to the above and let the batter sit at least 30 minutes.

Have to get the oil HOT! 275 degrees if memory serves me.

I stand corrected as to the temp. I have the correct temp marked on my thermometer

Natan’s and Hebrew National have about 10% more garlic than the cheap stuff and indeed are saltier..

Firecracker Cole Slaw! Not mayo based, with cider vinegar and bell peppers for the more timid, or pickled jalapenos with some of their juice for the more adventurous.
