Well you’ve got to give the 0 administration its credit due. They excel at everything. Lying, spying, cheating, stealing, killing, tyrrany, etc...you name it...

I thought that to at first, but really it will have to be implemented October 2014. Remember every goes by Fiscal Year and not calendar year. This might be perfect for us politically. Keep the faith everyone!
