I picked on on one of the alternate streams at at about that point.
It was almost refreshing to hear Arpio say no one in the belt-way wants to touch this at all. He knows, I think he said if where him advising the politicians he would tell them avoid it.
It is good to hear that it is well understood that no one, but no one in the beltway is a ally.
This subject is poison to anyone who was in office prior to 2008. Pure poison - R, D, I...it does not matter. It is poison to SCOTUS, the media, both houses.
The Sheriff made the point of saying - he knows how government works, he knows how politics works. He is not an Orly in any way.
I did not hear anything about the attempted murder of himself. Remember - the mail bomb. It could be that that act will lead to significant criminal charges. It seems it would since murdering a sheriff with a mail bomb is still criminal activity - right?
It turns out that the bomber who mailed the bomb to Arpaio was identified and he was motivated by Arpaio’s anti-illegal stance, not his investigation of Barry’s forgery...
Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials say an arrest warrant has been issued for a California man who threatened to kill Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
MCSO spokesman Deputy Joaquin Enriquez said Caesar David Nunez, 22, of Culver City, threatened Arpaio in April saying I want to personally blow Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaios head off.
Enriquez said Nunez admitted to the threat saying he wrote it because of the Arpaio’s stance on illegal immigration.
