The poster (a non sequitur by any other name) asserted that the whistle blower said little barry bastard boy received financial aid from NY to attend in that state. The poster tried to make the statement read that it supports that erroneous assertion. In reality the whistleblower said little bastard boy receive foreign student aide at Occi then that aid stream was managed for him when he attended Columbia, the foreign aide stream not NY state aide.
